We are, by our own admission, probably the smallest of all the CV caliper remanufacturers in the UK. Does this make us unsuccessful? Perhaps, but I can sleep at night knowing that when our calipers are fitted to a 44 tonne HGV or a 52 seater coach we have taken every step to ensure that the brake will function correctly.

It also means that we can implement and maintain tight quality control and know everything about every caliper that goes out through the door.

We now operate a "fat-thin" system where much of the labour intensive work of stripping, core preparation and painting is carried out remotely therefore freeing up our small team to focus on the important skilled job of building calipers. This significant change in our operation has enabled us to increase our capacity by approximately 30% without the need for investment.

 

Located just off J29A of the M1 motorway we are ideally located to serve Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire, East Midlands and Humberside with a collection, delivery or convenient meet service. However, we also believe in going the extra mile so wherever you are in the country we will do whatever it takes to try and meet your needs.
