Remanufactured Truck, Bus and Trailer calipers
We offer a wide range of remanufactured brake calipers for the majority of European trucks, buses and trailers.
Each caliper is given a job sheet with a unique traceability code and then all information relating to the build of that caliper is recorded in a master database. This traceability code is permanently stamped onto the caliper so that we have a record of:

who built the caliper and when it was built.

which components we re-used and which were replaced.

where the new components came from.

who out inspected and tested the caliper.

when and to whom the caliper was sold.

The most popular brand of caliper in the CV world the Knorr Bremse range represents the largest part of our portfolio. Covering many of Europe's most prestigious truck, trailer and bus brands such as BPW, Bova, Daf, Iveco, MAN, Mercedes Benz, SAF, Scania and SMB
Unlike many of our competitors we routinely change a large number of the components irrespective of their condition.
Guide pins, bolts and bushes, all rubbers, tappets, front plate (SN&SK) internal bearings and potentiometer cover are all replaced on every one of our Knorr Bremse calipers.

Meritor
The second largest share of the market Meritor also have the oldest and most diverse range of calipers. We offer a range of Meritor remanufactured calipers for MAN, ERF, Renault and Volvo truck and buses. We also have Meritor DX195, Elsa2 and Elsa 195 calipers plus the very latest Elsa 225-2 calipers for ROR trailers.
Wabco
We offer a full range of Wabco Pan 17, 19 and 22 remanufactured calipers. Our Wabco remanufactured calipers are fitted with all new components.
